Successful cooperation between ThyssenKrupp Elevator China and DigiPara
4 weeks of intensive work together with employees from ThyssenKrupp Elevator China. And also 4 weeks of having fun together in Germany.
At the end 4 enthusiastic training participants from China and Korea left us with a lot of knowledge and the goal, to finish the complete project within the next months.
To meet the different requirements at ThyssenKrupp Elevator China, our training team consisted of several DigiPara experts. In the first days the focus was on the refresh of product loading basics. Our trainer then proved to the participants how easy their own products can be loaded. The training participants were able to immediately implement the newly learned workflow.
Soon the trainees started to load their products, supported by our DigiPara team. John Lee, Elevator Engineer from ThyssenKrupp Elevator China, was then able to quickly load machine room components, such as gears and gear frames.
Finally we finished most part of work of our project, the processes right now seems good. Also, I am very glad to co-work with DigiPara, efficiency, simply and easy to study.
